    Good Afternoon, please see updates from our federal policy analyst, Colleen Meiman:

    Here are two updates related to 340B:

    1. The attached chart summarizes what I see as the most significant sections of the ASAP 340B bill (from the CHC perspective), and their potential impact.  I am also attaching the text of the bill, so that you can easily find the language referenced in the chart.  
    1. The Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee of the House Energy and Commerce Committee has scheduled a hearing on "Oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program" for next Tuesday, June 4 at 10:30 AM.  The list of witnesses has yet to be announced.  We will share it once we receive it.
